With the high demand for weekend weddings, especially during the beautiful fall season in Tennessee, we recommend booking your wedding day at least a year in advance. However, if you're engaged and want to get married sooner, we’d love to help! Drakewood is open year-round and all week long, so we can assist you in finding the perfect day for you and your guests, no matter the timeline you're working with.

Are all your services in-house?
Our in-house team of professionals handles all planning, preparation, and coordination to ensure a seamless wedding experience. We are also fortunate to have an on-site florist, adding convenience and expertise to your special day.
Additionally, our catering, cake, and DJ services are provided by exclusive vendors who specialize in Drakewood weddings, bringing their expertise to every celebration, no matter the size.

Can I host my non-wedding event at Drakewood?
We accommodate non-wedding events, including social gatherings and corporate parties, based on availability. Pricing and services may vary, so feel free to contact us for more details.

Yes, Ubers and Lyfts frequently come to Drakewood. We are conveniently located just 4 minutes from the interstate and only 25 minutes from downtown Nashville, making it easy for guests to get to and from the venue.

When is the wedding rehearsal done?
At Drakewood, we handle the wedding rehearsal on the day of the wedding. The wedding party and necessary family members will be in attendance, except for the bride. Our coordinators will ensure you have all the information you need and will answer any questions the wedding party or family might have, so everything runs smoothly on your big day.

What if it rains on my wedding day?
If it rains on your wedding day and you plan to get married in the woods, the Historic Barn will be your Plan B ceremony location. Your Drakewood coordinators will monitor the weather closely and may suggest adjustments to the timeline if necessary, ensuring you have the best chance to enjoy your dream ceremony in the woods, if that's your preference. Regardless of the weather, we're here to help make your big day special, rain or shine!
