Faith & Brendon: From College to Forever

Faith Rose and Brendon Dunn’s love story began in college at their local bar, where they quickly became inseparable. From that first meeting, they knew they were meant to be together.

After five years of dating, Brendon proposed to Faith at the Missouri Botanical Garden on July 17th. The proposal had its share of funny moments—Faith’s siblings were running late, so Brendon had to stall for two hours, almost sweating through his shirt in the process. Just before the proposal, Faith discovered a plant called "diarrhea," and nearly ruined the moment! But when Brendon finally got down on one knee, everything came together perfectly.

Through six years together, Faith and Brendon have shared so many special moments. They spent hours walking around an abandoned golf course early in their relationship (even when Brendon complained after volleyball practice, he never said no). During long-distance stints, they’d keep in touch by watching reality shows like Love Island and The Bachelor together, syncing their screens and gossiping about the latest episodes. Even during the challenges of COVID, they played virtual hide and seek in Animal Crossing.

They’ve seen each other through job changes, family milestones, celebrations, and funerals, and are now excited to take the next step in their journey—getting married this summer at Drakewood Farm. They can't wait to grow old and bitter together, reminiscing about their love story while still making each other laugh.
