Instead of spending months searching for each piece of your wedding, we've brought together the essentials into one seamless experience.

Here's what's included in our all-inclusive wedding package.

Your Wedding Venue

Your wedding day includes exclusive use of our beautiful property for up to 9 hours, giving you plenty of time to celebrate with your family and friends.

You'll have access to the whole property which includes bridal suite, groom’s cottage, ceremony location and reception.

Whether you envision exchanging vows beneath the trees or inside one of our beautiful covered spaces, you'll have the flexibility to choose the ceremony location that best fits your vision.

As an added bonus, you'll also have access to the property for engagement, bridal, and boudoir photo sessions.

Professional Planning & Coordination

One of the biggest advantages of an all-inclusive venue is having experienced professionals guiding you every step of the way.

Your package includes: Dedicated wedding coordinators/planners, personalized event styling and setup/teardown by our event staff.

From your first planning meeting through your wedding day, our team helps ensure every detail comes together so you can simply enjoy the celebration.

Ceremony Décor

Your ceremony is already beautifully prepared with thoughtfully selected décor.

Included are:

  • Ceremony arch with draping, florals, and/or chandelier etc.
  • Aisle décor including lanterns, candles, wooden stumps etc.
  • Ceremony music with a professional DJ

Everything is designed to create a polished ceremony space without requiring you to rent individual décor items.

Florals

Fresh florals are an important part of every wedding, and we've included many of the essentials.

Your package includes:

  • Bride's bouquet
  • Up to five bridesmaids' bouquets
  • Seven boutonnieres
  • Reception floral centerpieces

These floral selections help create a cohesive look throughout both your ceremony and reception. What about the welcome table, cocktail tables and more? Yes, we make sure to decorate places based on the floral designs you picked for ceremony and reception to make sure everything is cohesive around the property.

Reception Furniture & Table Settings

Every reception begins with a beautifully designed space. With tables and chair take care of you also have any different options when it comes to your table setting as well. With table runner, chargers, napkins, plates, silverware, goblets, and décor.

These details help create an elegant reception without requiring multiple rental companies.

Catering

Food is one of the most memorable parts of any wedding celebration.

Our expanded catering package includes:

  • One entrée
  • Two sides
  • Fresh salad
  • Bread
  • Three appetizers
  • Beverage station with your choice of three non-alcoholic beverages

Your guests will enjoy a delicious meal while you enjoy the convenience of having catering already included.

What if you want to give your guests more options? We are happy to expand your menu as you would like and show you the pricing options outside your package.

Wedding Cake

Your custom wedding cake is also included. With endless options of decorative details.

It's one less vendor to coordinate and one more beautiful detail already taken care of.

Reception Entertainment

Once it's time to celebrate, we've got that covered too. You have a professional DJ that will plan out all the details needed for your ceremony before your wedding.

Your package also includes 2 bartenders as needed, and we have an amazing vendor to suggest to stock the bar.

From your first dance to the last song of the night, everything is ready for an unforgettable reception.

The Perfect Send-Off

End your evening with one of the most iconic wedding traditions.

Your package includes sparklers for a picture-perfect exit and unforgettable photos to end your celebration.

So, what is not included?

What is left for you to get is your dress and suits, stocking the bar, pick out a photographer and videographer and of course we have suggestions. If you want to add more details, more florals etc. we have many additions here at Drakewood you can add to your wedding day.

What about other things like shuttle services or local hotels? We have already done the research for you! We have plenty of local business to offer to help with things from before, during and after your wedding day!
