We’re here to help you choose the perfect package for your wedding. Start by deciding between an elopement or all-inclusive, then consider how many guests you’ll have. These two questions will help you choose from our three services. Feel free to reach out—we’re here to guide you every step of the way.

ALL-INCLUSIVE

51 - OVER 200 GUESTS

Our venue offers packages for guest counts ranging from 51 to 250, ensuring a perfect celebration for any size. The Stone Cottage (51-75 guests) package includes 7 hours on the property, access to the mansion, bridal suite, groom’s cottage, barn, and pavilion, and personalized event styling. Ivy Barn (76-100 guests) and Cedar Forrest (101-125 guests) packages expand on seating and dining flexibility, while the Tennessee Valley (126-150 guests) and Country Estate (151-175 guests) options feature deluxe floral arrangements and additional event enhancements.

For grand celebrations, the Music City Manor (176-200 guests) and Nashville Wedding (200-225 guests) packages offer two event coordinators and more event time. The Ultimate Celebration (225-250 guests) includes up to 9 hours, deluxe floral arrangements, expanded catering with appetizers, and a more intricate wedding cake. Whether choosing Grand or Deluxe, each package includes ceremony decor, a DJ, and bartender service for a beautifully styled and stress-free day.

DELUXE VS. GRAND

DELUXE

  • Up to 7 Hours on the Property
  • Use of Mansion, Bridal Suite, Grooms Cottage, Barn & Pavilion

  • Ceremony arch with draping and/ or chandelier
  • Use of property for Engagement, Bridal & Boudoir Sessions
  • Setup and tear down provided by event staff
  • Event Coordinator
  • Personalized Event Styling
  • 1 Brides bouquet, up to 2 bridesmaids bouquets, 3 boutioneeres
  • Sound system for ceremony
  • Farm tables and garden chairs
  • Table decor - table runners, lanterns, candles, candelabras, etc.
  • Reception light greenery or small floral arrangements
  • Mismatched china, glasses, silverware & cloth napkins
  • Catering includes 1 entree, 2 sides, salad & bread
  • Beverage station - choice of 3 beverages non alcoholic
  • Custom designed wedding cake with buttercream icing
  • Cake stand, cake cutting utensils, cake plates & forks
  • D.J. for reception up to 4 hours
  • Bartender (if needed. Client provides alcohol)

GRAND

  • Ceremony aisle decor (lanterns, stumps, candles)
  • Use of property for Engagement, Bridal & Boudoir Sessions
  • Setup and tear down provided by event staff

  • 1 Brides bouquet, up to 5 bridesmaids bouquets, 7 boutioneeres
  • DJ for ceremony music
  • Farm tables and garden or chiavari chairs

  • Reception floral decor - deluxe greenery or deluxe floral arrangements
  • Deluxe table setting with choice of plates, chargers, glasses, silverware & cloth napkins

MICRO WEDDINGS

10 - 50 GUESTS

 

Our Micro Wedding packages are perfect for couples seeking an intimate celebration with up to 50 guests. With options ranging from 3 to 6 hours on the property, each package includes access to the bridal and groom’s suites, and a choice of ceremony location—either the serene wooded setting or the charming Love Barn. An officiant and sound system are available to ensure a smooth ceremony.

As your guest count increases, so do the special touches. Each package includes a custom-designed bouquet and boutonniere, a wedding cake, and elegant table settings with china, goblets, silverware, cloth napkins, and a full catered meal. Added enhancements like a professional DJ (up to four hours), bartender service (alcohol provided by couple), and romantic table décor with candles, votives, and greenery complete the celebration.

ELOPEMENTS

Whether you're dreaming of a private “Just Us” moment or a small, intimate celebration, our elopement packages are designed to create a stress-free and meaningful experience. The "Just Us" package is ideal for couples looking to share a quiet, romantic ceremony with no guests—just the two of you, your chosen ceremony location on the property, and an officiant if needed. It’s the perfect way to focus on your love story without distractions.

If you’re hoping to celebrate with a few loved ones, we also offer a variety of elopement packages that include ceremony setup, a sound system, and optional enhancements like florals, desserts, draping, and table decor. With options ranging from one to four hours on the property and guest counts up to 40, you can tailor the experience to match your vision. Whether you're keeping things simple or want to add special touches, our team is here to make your day unforgettable.

TOUR DRAKEWOOD

WOODS

The Woods is a one-of-a-kind ceremony site and a top choice for couples getting married at Drakewood. Surrounded by nature, it offers a peaceful atmosphere with a customizable arch and aisle, allowing you to create a setting that perfectly reflects your vision.

BARN

The Historic Barn is the second ceremony location at Drakewood and serves as a beautiful Plan B option for couples who choose The Woods in case of inclement weather. With its rustic charm and timeless character, it provides a warm and inviting setting for your vows. Depending on your guest count, the barn also serves as the catering buffet area, offering a seamless transition from ceremony to celebration.

PAVILION

The Pavilion is the heart of your celebration at Drakewood, serving as the perfect space for your reception, dinner, cocktail hour, and everything in between. With its spacious layout and charming ambiance, it provides a seamless setting for dining, dancing, and making unforgettable memories with your guests.

MANSION

The Drakewood Mansion is the ultimate bridal suite, offering plenty of natural light and ample space for you and your bridal party to get ready in comfort and style. Inside, you'll also find the planning room, filled with décor, plates, and more to help you bring your wedding vision to life.

COTTAGE

The Groom’s Cottage is the perfect place for the groomsmen to relax, hang out, and enjoy the day before the ceremony. This comfortable space features a balcony overlooking the property, providing a great spot to unwind, watch their favorite sports, and take their time getting ready for the big moment.
