Sometimes the best love stories begin in the most unexpected places—and for Lauren and Tyler, it all started with a day at the pool in Nashville. Surrounded by mutual friends they didn’t even realize they shared, the two quickly hit it off and spent hours talking, just the two of them. Before the day ended, Tyler asked for Lauren’s number—and not long after, they were off to Bonnaroo together with friends.

From their very first date, everything just felt easy. What started as a simple connection quickly turned into something more, and in Lauren’s words, she knew early on that Tyler was the one. When it came time to propose, Tyler planned a private evening at a beautiful Airbnb just outside of Nashville. Keeping the details a surprise, he brought Lauren there for a quiet night together.
